FAQ: 

How do I store my Cake Pop Kit? 
  Please store your UNOPENED cake ball package IN THE REFRIGERATOR for up to 3 months or FREEZER up to 6 months. 

ARE THE CAKE BALLS JUST BAKED CAKE? 
  Yes and No… We use all parts of our delicious baked cakes and condense them into a moist dense “dough” and portion them into balls. 

MY CAKE BALLS ARE UNEVEN COLOR WITH DARKER SPOTS?  This is normal. Because the bottom, sides and top of baked cake are naturally darker ,when they are condensed with the center of the cake, makes the cake ball uneven color. 

DO I NEED TO BAKE THE CAKE BALLS? 
  No 

MY CAKE BALLS AREN’T PERFECTLY ROUND? Use the palms of your hands to smooth and shape. 

HOW DO I MELT THE CHOCOLATE? 
Place UNOPENED bag of chocolate into the microwave for 30 seconds. Repeat until melted

DO I DIP AND DECORATE ONE CAKE POP AT A TIME?    Yes! Otherwise your chocolate will harden 

MY CHOCOLATE HARDENED BEFORE DECORATING? 
No problem, just use the included toothpick to dip into melted chocolate to act as “glue” for decorating.

MY CHOCOLATE IN THE DIPPING TRAY HARDENED?  
 just place in microwave for maximum of 20 seconds 

HOW DOES THE CAKE STICK TO THE POP STICK? 
After dipping the stick in melted chocolate and placing in the cold dense cake solidifies them together. 

CAN I FREEZE MY DECORATED CAKE POPS? Yes! That is recommended if you would like them to last longer than 14 days. Do not refrigerate as this makes the chocolate sweat. 

MY CAKE POPS WONT STAND UP IN BOX?  Please be sure the inserts are positioned correctly with the smaller side tab insert on the bottom.

REFUNDS: 

Due to this being a food item we unfortunately can not accept any returns. 
However, we are happy to replace any missing or damaged parts.
